Waverley Borough Council has been working to produce a Conservation Area Appraisal (CAA) document for the Great Austins Conservation Area (CA). The CAA identifies and explains the character of the CA and proposes some boundary changes. The CAA also contains a Management Plan section which sets out specific actions/projects aimed at preserving and enhancing the CA as well as managing change in the future. I particularly look forward to receiving your comments on these proposals.

The draft Great Austins CAA document is now available for consultation and comments from the community are requested. Over the next few pages you will be asked for various information. Firstly, you will be asked to complete some details about yourself so that we are able to verify your response. This information will only be visible to the Planning Policy staff and will not be passed onto third parties.

The consultation opens on Friday 01 October 2021 and closes on Friday 12 October 2021.
