It is highlighted that WBC has referred to the whole site as "Red Court" in the LPP2. To be clear, all references to Scotland Park in this representation are split as Promotion A, 50 dwellings (on land closest to Red Court) and as Promotion B, circa 130 dwellings (on the remainder of the site). In summary, the minimum number of dwellings set out within the LPP1 should be exactly that, a minimum figure. The Council have consistently failed to demonstrate sufficient housing delivery (see schedule above) and LPP2 provides a clear opportunity to address these shortcomings and finally give the Borough control over the location and form of housing during the plan period.
